      Cons

      A fear for your job constantly based working environment! No vale of staff or encouragement. Rather than nurture talent and develop it they seem more concerned with keeping you at the top of your game by fear of loosing your job! More investment in quality staff who feel valued, maybe then they will get the output they need!
