      Flexible hybrid working Great Team Office has good catering and facilities Reasonable hours Good benefits package

      Cons

      Would prefer if bonuses reflected team performance a little better. Want more events that allow teams to mingle with each other to create more of a community. Little opportunity within current team to be promoted, but can move to other teams instead.
