Pros

Good benefits. Enthusiastic and good quality personnel. Good working environment. Interesting projects and the opportunity to work with colleagues across Europe.

Cons

No opportunity to progress if your face doesn't fit. Big differences in line management capability and methods and too much time an effort put into annual Gallup poll and objective setting. Some departments appear hopeless and communication leaves a lot to be desired.
