Pros

Says all the right things to be a good employer- hybrid working, strong d&I agenda, says commited to career growth, being your authentic self etc. Salary and benefits are competitive. Many people stay for years.

Cons

It all feels like lip service when you come to realise how they actually treat people. Regular restructures or sudden departures of colleagues whose face no longer fits reminds you that you are just a human resource. The drive for more inclusion is all policy but not results and focused on c suite not the pipeline of talent.
