Pros

really nice colleagues, good work-life balance, nice office.

Cons

no signs of career growth. paying people lower than the industry standard. you are not valued as individual by the higher management. if you have an advice, they will not listen to it, even if they say they want new perspectives when you join. they would tell you to talk to them if you have any insecurity, problem, or complain, but if you do, they will tell you "life is tough, suck it up". takes forever to transfer a member from one team to another, even if there is a vacancy. promises are broken, blaming everything on "budget". if you ask for help, some colleagues will do a public execution tagging every possible management possible to say "I am better" if you make a mistake, even when there is no mistake. ah, yes, people you stab your back if you complain.
