Pros

I am in an IT position so cannot speak for the individual operating companies. However, Kingfisher IT is as an employer, good to work for. They are supportive of remote work options, management are communicating on a regular basis and there is plenty to do.

Cons

Yet another period of change incoming - A new CIO means imminent structural reform (probably) so lets wait and see what that brings. IT support multiple operating companies but they all want to do something different - the volume of work they each create is becoming frustrating.
