People are so disposable, one mistake and you're out . The HR team is run by amateurs who don't really have a clue and just spend their time building slide decks. They are super hierarchical but seem to think they arent.

I’d like to share a few things about this video and the actual experience if working in the digital hub. First we have the leadership. The only thing they are good at is wasting money for two years in external consultants from Fjord and Accenture. For two years this digital hub produced nothing because that was in the plan. So in 2018 there has been a mass exodus of people, and still not much produced. Agile is implemented so poorly here. Yes you have retro’s and ceremonies, but do you really expect people to be too vocal that in the last 10 weeks you only really had work for 2 weeks ? Too much energy is spent being fake and pretending to be busy.
