Pros
Really nice and hard-working colleagues; some good benefits (although not fairly distributed); flexibility around working location
Cons
Too many layers of hierarchy means that you have to wade through treacle to get approvals and decisions which are then filtered back down to those that need the output far too slowly and inconsistently. Benefits are by opco and location rather than being centralised and fairly distributed for all Kingfisher colleagues, meaning that sometimes co-located opcos get different benefits to other colleagues in the same building which leads to resentment towards the company.
