Pros

You never get bored, I work in Digital team, and it's very challenging. The facilities are extremely comfortable, team spirit is definitely there. I have never felt as part of a family as in Kering. People are smart and fun at the same time.

Cons

A lot, a lot a lot of external people (more than half of them), that are not necessarily in the same team spirit as Kering employees. Some of them are rude/pushy. Even though I work from Paris, I've traveled a lot in other Kering office, and let me tell you, if you don't speak french or italian, you're going to have a very hard time feeling part of the group. Other downside is the very high complexity inherent of the corporate position : you have to deal with the complexity of the group corporate organisation + other complex organizations in the Houses.
