Pros

Every day changes in sales, collections, new people, new clients and challenges. Good if you speak foreign language (arabic, mandarin, russian) Great customer and retail experience. Meet and work with wealthiest and famous people. Medical insurance packaging, offers for company co brands, 50% discount on your brand.

Cons

Work hours. Literally selling open almost 365 days a year. A part of commission scheme for sale staff, no any significant benefits. This only point of company greed. French attitude company.
