Pros

You make great friends while working at this job. You gain some great multitasking skills as well as being able to perform in a more stressful situation that your peers at other employers.

Cons

The pay rate is undesirable. As most stores are franchised, you will run into the lack of pay, despite the amount of experience you may have.

Pros

Some of the best reasons to work for KFC are the opportunities to learn about management in a real world setting. Also, there are generally decent chances to move forward in your career if you put in a little effort.

Cons

The biggest downside to working at KFC are the ridiculous amount of hours you will have to put in, in order to do the job properly. They require a 50 hour week, but you'll usually do 60-70 hour weeks.
