      You have the opportunity to grow while learning how to run the business.

      Some team members are not as enthused about their jobs as other, thus putting a dent in the day to day operation. “Team work make the dream work."

      I only have one pro for working in this horrible environment and that is the pay was right on time

      Cons

      boss would always show up late or never show up, there was managers sleeping with employees and giving them promotions afterwards, food always took too long to cook.

      Pros

      Met some of the nicest hard working people in my store. The job is not difficult.

      Cons

      Zero opportunity for advancement unlike McDoanlds. They cut hours without any respectable notice, terribly understaffed, 3 people running the entire restaurant ( a busy successful restaurant). No care whatsoever. No bonus, employee of the month or any kind of personal recognition. No quarterly performance reviews, everything is locked at minimum wage. I had a great experience with the hard working staff in this store but a negative experience with the quality of the job.
