      Pros

      It's a great opportunity to learn new skills. Competitive salary, compare to other fast food chain. They also have a comprehensive training programs for new team member and manager

      Cons

      Not flexible in working hours. They cut your shift down as you get older, because you would cost more. Can get really busy during peak time.

      The food is excellent. Employee Discount.

      Cons

      The hours are never the same, we found out our schedule for the week on Monday, Maybe 35 hours one week and 20 the next. Closing was a nightmare when the kids had to be clocked out at 11 pm and really more in the way then helping so had to carry the load myself...... Different manager meant different procedures, never the same. If more than one manager was working, you had both telling you to do this and that and pulling you in 10 different directions......etc
