Pros
I had the best team any manager could ask for. We all became so much closer and that just made it alot easier to communicate with one another so we could resolve any issues we had and make the store a better place to work in and also a befter restaurant for our customers.
Cons
Our shifts changed every week or there could also be any changes made to the schedule at any given time.
