      Remote work, Good Supervisors, Relaxed Environment, Self-management, Company policy allows four work weeks to be compressed into three work weeks providing one full week off a month if the program you're on agrees, Monetary Rewards, Legal Plan is Nice

      Cons

      Vision insurance is not good, Offers the usual amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) that most other contractors in the area offer

      Pros

      I'm on site, so most of my interaction is with the customer. But they do have a good 401k match

      Cons

      Leave starts at 3.5 weeks per year, which is fine, but then stays there for 10 years.
