Very lovely colleagues that will mentor and help you come up to speed with whichever team your join. Comprehensive benefits package and good 401K matching. Flexible work policy that allows you to flex through the month. Engineering minded leadership so it cuts out the typical clueless Program managers.

Cons

Lack of real vision of the CEO and direction he wants to take the company. Large spin off of MTS which brings allot of uncertainty. 2 year 401K vesting
