      Terrible Manager

      Pros

      Previous managers were great. Employee price matching 401k. Level 1 technicians will be trained to perform higher level tasks.

      Cons

      New manager is lazy and actively tried to make people quit. If you don't quit, he'll lie to HR and try to get them to fire you. I've seen and heard him stand and talk to other employees about an employee he's targeting. They just stand and talk for an hour straight. He did this to multiple people over the course of 9 months.

      Bad Management and Poor Career Prospects

      Pros

      Good work-life balance for the most part. Still have a hybrid in-office/WFH schedule.

      Cons

      Extremely low quality and professionally incompetent middle management who are only concerned with protecting their position. The business is losing contracts left and right and performing poorly on the ones they still have. Functional employees are treated like low caste trash by their leaders and HR doesn't follow-up on complaints. They are even known to yell at employees who dare to complain about their managers. Career prospects are nil. Very little internal promotion and constant downsizing.
