None that I could discern. 2025 insurance premiums increased substantially, less than 5 years PTO accrual was abysmal with a VERY clear standard for how they value execs as opposed to people actually doing the work. They don't stand behind their people.

Cons

Well....honestly already addressed in the pro's. I'll add death by meaningless online trainings as well.
