It was not a bad place to work. Nice people and good working conditions. They were good to long time employees. They didn't force anyone to retire and consequently, some people stayed long past their prime.

Cons

Pay. Probably the lowest paying job I've had in the last 15 years. Little to no raises. It's really a training ground, at least in IT. People learn and leave for a better paying job.
