      Diverse culture of ethnicity - The only positive

      Cons

      Unless you have Machiavellian traits and enjoy harming people, don't apply. This cesspool is teeming with sociopathic individuals who will scheme behind your back to get ahead. Management and HR themselves are corrupt, immature and will lie straight to your face over and over again. Deadlines are often missed and/or extended so they'll overwork you to play catchup... Avoid this KBR location like the plague. You've been warned.

      Decent pay, flexible hours as long as you average 40/week

      Cons

      Former Centauri (small company eaten by KBR) employee: Corporate mega-corporation where you will always just be a cog in the machine, mediocre benefits, zero employee recognition, and stick-to-the-contract-at-any-cost mentality. Profits come first at KBR, employees come 11th at best. This is an archaic company being left in the dust by more future-thinking employers who will treat you with care and respect.
