Pros

Competitive salary, great benefits, regularly update policies and benefits based upon employee feedback. Superb management, considerable opportunities to move up career.

Cons

To advance in career you have to change positions, no in position advancement. Contract work can be volatile given the hard end dates, though the company works hard to retain talent. Slow process to remove the few toxic employees/leaders due to their strong retention policy.
