Working at KBR has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, I was given numerous opportunities to showcase my skills and take on responsibilities as I wished. The opportunity to grow is truly in your own hands. The company values the teams' talents and provides a platform for people to shine in their own respective departments/ways. The team I am on is the best group of individuals I have ever worked with. Everyone is supportive and encourages each other to be the best they can be. This collaborative environment fosters growth and innovation, allowing the team to run like a well-oiled machine.
Cons
While it’s true that the pay is on the lower end of the spectrum for this role, the positives far outweigh this fact. The endless opportunities, the supportive team, and the chance to work on exciting projects make KBR a fantastic place to build a career.
