Pros

Very large company with various service offerings in the energy, defense and space/science sectors. Can acquiring new skills easily because of the diversity in service offerings and their global reach.

Cons

Because of the company's size it's easy for entry-level employees to get overlooked/ lost for advancement opportunities. Not a lot of diversity in positions of leadership.

Good benefits Flexible PTO Decent 401K match

Cons

Lousy Company culture Male dominated in some areas very few women in this workspace Constant timecard changes that make no sense Poor communication onsite along with follow through on company message Would rather appease the client then do the right thing Random email test for Phishing attempts in company emails Random company mandated training that disrupts off site workflow
