Opportunities to move up. Upwards communication is highly supported. Leadership highly responsive. Moving around the company is supported.
Cons
Health benefits are a high monthly expense and don't pay for much coverage. I had surgery and they took all of my paid tie off I had earned before paying for my medical leave. HR can be lacking in support of subordinate issues with management level. Employee support programs are a glorified human search engine, you are better off just using Google.
