Pros
Good people doing important work for both the government and the country. It is critical that we have companies this large to handle big missions.
Cons
It is very easy to get lost in their still of project management - where your employment is tied to a project, not the company as a whole - so when the project (or task) is over than folks are scrambling for work (as it should be when the money stops flowing in to the company)
