      Pros

      Depending on your job you get to travel however mostly will be to war zones

      Cons

      Management is a joke. It is the "good old boy network" at its best!!! The unskilled and untrained seemed to get recognized and promoted. Promotions, pay increases, and internal pay equity is very subjective and depends on how good you are with your manager. Run the other way!!!

      Pros

      The pay is amazing, especially with the current economy. Every four months you get either a two or three week vacation.

      Cons

      You work 84+ hours a week in harsh conditions. It gets up to 140 deg. in the summer (dry heat).
