      Pros

      Globally engaged company. There are desirable positions within the company. Comfortable working conditions. Not too stressful. Not overly formal or stodgy.

      Cons

      Not any easy place to latter climb. The company relies heavily on many, many base level employees and isn't overly interested in helping any of them ascend the ranks into management.
