      Pros

      Good benefits, 401k plans. flexible work schedules - Retention of employees when business is slow. KBR U is an excellent source for career development

      Cons

      Management needs to be more open with employees with the current status of key projects. Most information comes from third part sources and other industry sources. Also KBR needs to be more competitive.

      Pros

      LOGCAP enabled me to serve those who served for our country. Great oppurtunity to meet people from all over the globe. Able to provide for your family with the paycheck.

      Cons

      Are you in the management "click"? If you aren't then too bad for you because you won't go anywhere in the company. If they don't like you they ship you off somewhere you can't be seen.

      Will never work for a Company like KBR

      They pay you as per the market rate, other then that no real motivation to work for them

      Cons

      No Management vision, the company is wasting hundred of millions of dollar to implement an ERP system, which will never happen so they are cutting cost everywhere..
