      Insensitive Senior Management and Department Managers The annual review process is a farse. The Department Managers already pre-decide the rating before the commencement of the actual process. Incompetent project engineers and engineering managers. Some of these guys have no idea of the work process, but still try to exert influence No opportunities for growth - department managers do not allow engineers to move to proect even if they are interested. Department is too over-crowded at the top Lack of substantial communication No recognition for hard work Lot of incompetent people hired Senior management can seem impersonal
