      Pros

      If you are a start employee you will shine at KBR. Work-life-balance is a plus at KBR and you are able to participate in the alternate work week shcedule where you work 80/9. Over KBR provides a relaxed work enviorment and you are able to work on personal acheivements to find a better job.

      Cons

      There is very little chance to move up within the company unless you know someone that is willing to promote you. There is a lack of professionlism among most of the workers and there are a significant amount of people that are under qualified to work in the positons that they are in; therefore management is subpar because they were promoted into the positon by a friend.

      Nice offices located near freeway entrances and exits. 9/80 scheduels or alternatives.

      Cons

      Fiscally strict environment. Micro management.

      Despite low salary range, great environment until major management change in 2008.

      Pros

      Now, pros may be few, except for OCONUS work opportunities. [Rating would've been 4-5 stars during employment; now it would be 1 star, so to be fair I gave it a 3.]

      Cons

      Unstable environment, management by fear and intimidation, dearth of communication, outdated processes, stuck in good old boy era.
