      Good work environment, good coworkers, good documentation of procedures and methods, large projects

      Relatively slow growth in salary and job bracket, old school of thought work culture, no flexibility to work from home

      Pros

      Very structured environment. You know that your subordinate isn't getting payed more than you (good or bad).

      Cons

      Very silly training program prior to leaving. Pay is lower than most similar companies. They pay based on position, not experience (good or bad). During contract changeovers, middle management was not trustworthy. Many lies.

      Flexible workhours. Company pays for parking in downtown or provides metro Qcard Everybody is friendly and helpful

      Cons

      Benefits are hideous! Employee personal development is minimal. Too many people working there for 30+ years and do not want to make changes. Too many vice presidents.
