      Pros

      Good place to work. Tried to keep people on when a little slow and told when was the expected last day of work when couldn't leave on rolls.

      Cons

      Did not really see a downside unless the location of downtown is a problem to some people.

      Pros

      Global presence, generally strong co-workers, steady amount of work, good people, take safety/family/community seriously. I learned quite a bit and enjoyed the projects I worked on. A high percentage of "good people" within each team. Personally, my team was quite strong and is the reason I was courted from another company.

      Cons

      With the big comes the slow (they are trying to adapt, it will take time), sub-standard pay, significant hours due to downsized staff. Not deal breakers though. Houston location.

      There are a multitude of opportunities available at KBR. If you are willing to relocate, working on a project can be very profitable.

      Cons

      There are very few female role models in a position of power at KBR save for Sue Carter, CFO.
