      Was Glad to merge with JCI, but upper manement will probably just mess that one up too.

      Pros

      Good people in middle management positions , flexible hours. Decent vacation time after 10-15 years. Decent pay. The company locations have decent amenities.

      Cons

      The CEO has no vision and takes away from employees little by little. Delays increases again, something he did with Tyco. Medical plans getting worst every year.

      Global company that provides great work experience, co-workers and environment.

      Cons

      Constant change and lots of unknowns with merger and leadership changes. Unprecedented change and more is anticipated to come. It's the new norm and everyone is determining what it means for them and if they want to stay in this chaotic environment.
