      Pros

      Excellent Products, Great name recognition, well liked in the industry, cutting edge ideas and continual improvement in products. Benefits are top notch and 401K match is exceptional.

      Cons

      Middle management seems to be sub-par. Certain divisions don't have great leadership so the direction changes frequently, as a result, there is a lot of turnover. There are also people who get promoted because they "play the game" not because they earned it.

      Hired to handle supervision of facilities maintenance and hazardous material from receipt to disposal in accordance with state and federal regulations. Position paid well compared to previous employment positions.

      Cons

      Location of job site was an hour from my home which during inclement weather presented difficulty traveling to and from location.
