      There is a real balance between private and professional life. The company respects the ethics and employees have extra benefits.

      Difficult to evolve in something else than the branch in which we work. Repetitive work by time.

      Johnson controls rarely has layoffs. The benefit package is a decent amount for the industry.

      Johnson controls works excessively too much overtime. You will average about 3 to 4 days off a month during the summer Hourly turnover is high at the entry level. There is a constant influx of new people to be trained.
