Some leaders at certain locations are good, while others are just aweful. No one will stop you from doing any work in addition to your job responsibilities, which means more learning than any other company. This is due to the fact that only few genuine people work, rest all earn free salary

Cons

Leadership is pathetic. They come from a totally different background oblivious to the Buildings industry. No real improvement in employee experience as well as shareholder value Working at Pune location is pathetic. Ruled by people who have no understanding of the industry nor the technology. And what's worse is that the leadership is in agreement to such rulers.
