Cons

Always in a state of partial reorganisation. The last one is never fully realised before the next one starts. An increasing number of roles devoted to ‘enabling’, chasing and status updating. People actually delivering engineering content seem to be in a decreasing proportion.

Everything about working here was horrible. The amount of turnover was insane. Managers treat you like crap and it breeds a culture of toxicity.
