Flexiblw workong that is all.

Cons

Wherr to start.. no company structure no senior managent. Unbalanced salaries and packages, HR is terrible and not eve caring your mental health, inequality all over the place. This company is like a vampire try to suck your blood with minimum effort.

Inequality in pay across the board. Many D grades paid way more than me and do way less work. Feel devalued and unmotivated as result.

Pros

The pay to workload ratio is very good. The pay itself isn’t as far ahead of others as it used to be. However the workload is reasonably low.

Cons

A terrible work culture has lead to a hierarchy of sycophants. A Constant stream of baffling decisions that ruin work life balance. Your shift times & holiday booking can and will be changed at random with moments notice. Repetitive nature of jobs leads to deskilling of general technical skills.
