JLR reviews

Too much selecting people who can talk the talk in interviews and not using people with vast years employment or actual JLR vehicle experience. Still jobs for the boys or who says the right words just to please Management and Human Resources. Some managers from the shop floor couldn`t use a brush to sweep up . no matter manage.

With the passion and desire to do the right thing. Unfortunately this can be done in silos, conflicting with other parts of the business. There is a lot of pressure on staff. In areas, we have a lot of heros. Where we actually need stability, focus and quality implementation. A clear and understandable vision would align functions more. It would be great to have a longer term strategy that aided proactive actions and tactics, reducing the need for fixing so frequently.
