Work is interesting, lots of autonomy and ability to influence technology direction and ways of working. People want to do good work.

Cons

Programme management and prioritisation is a complete mess. Business people reluctant to understand how tech & reliability relates to products. Lots of “just ship it” and move onto next shiny product mentality.

It's a great company with good intentions to look after people and to create good products in a great working environment

Cons

Poor leadership with senior managers who don't contribute, don't have the skills or experience. This puts pressure and creates stress within the workforce, i.e. the people who do care.
