Pros
Benefits are good, products are exciting and experienced massive growth and good results while the automotive industry volumes were on the up.
Cons
The culture is quite toxic. Short-termism is the norm, with no clear overall strategy or long term vision (make it up as you go along), and constant tactical change of direction. Departments only take care of their little area of responsibility, disregarding the impact of their actions on other areas and on the overall performance of the company, resulting in uncoordinated diverging activities. No learning of past mistakes result on the same issues recurring over and over again. At the moment internal moves are frozen, severely limiting career progression.
