      Pros

      Excellent product and brand image. If you get the right manager they can really impact your work in positive way. Board and very senior leaders have great and exciting vision and strategy for the future. New HR model very effective for HR colleagues. Pays well

      Cons

      Work life balance, chaotic, struggling to work strategically. Can be very tactical and reactive. Lack of line manager capability can cause issues in new HR operating model as they still want us to be traditional consultants doing their people management for them

      Company in expansion, new products coming along.

      Cons

      Very very poor management still placed in key places, mostly are from Rover times that have never worked for other companies. They behave in a dictatorial manner towards their subordinates, where I'm know more than you because I have xx amounts of years of experience in the house so don't argue with me otherwise I'll make your live miserable here. This sort of people still exists and is stopping the company to move forward.
