Pros

Some of the people are great, offices are decent.

Cons

Management don't have a clue what they are doing unfortunately. Work never gets delivered, spend 3 days every 3 months in planning sessions for the work to just sit there in gitlab and never actually going live. Toxic line managers who don't care about people with mental health problems, forcing them to do tasks which they don't want to do. Don't get decent laptops to work on. Holidays need to be approved by office manager. You get 19 days holidays instead of a basic 25 because your holidays have to be given up for mandatory shut down days.

Really terrible culture

Pros

Good pay, comfortable working conditions

Cons

The bureaucracy and politics was unbearable. I was suffocated out of the business after being signed off with stress on 3 occassions. When you try and raise concerns, senior managers squirm like dying rats and will throw you under the bus without any hesitation. There are some rotten structures at the core of this place. The work is pointless and the culture truly is toxic when you lightly scratch the surface. If you want a job where you can be a docile puppet and get paid a lot to do nothing, then this is for you. If you want a job where you have purpose in your life, then look elsewhere
