      Still old school, slow and doesn't know what it wants.

      Pros

      Car scheme - but this is now increasingly expensive and nowhere near as attractive as it once was Pension scheme is reasonable

      Cons

      Slow, silo behaviour. Not clear on future direction of travel or what it wants. Lots of internal bureaucracy, with people operating as individuals. Limited progression opportunities, you get people sat at Senior Manager and above with very comfortable lives and day jobs, taking huge salaries, 2 x cars and not performing, which is demotivating for those that want to climb the ladder.
