Pros

Fantastic career opportunities with a company that has a brilliant strategy. A really good team of people, strong management, lots of talent at all levels of the company.

Cons

If you don't like hard work, if you're not a creative thinker, not a problem solver, not able to work towards a higher ideal, if you just want a regular 9-5, JLR might not be for you.

Thanks for your comments, we're pleased to hear of your positive outlook. Jaguar Land Rover remains one of the UK's largest exporters, generating around 80% of its revenue from sales overseas. So although we're ensuring we remain competitive in key international markets with new ventures overseas, the UK remains very much at the heart of our operations.

Pros

Fast paced high level manufacturing plant, good pay and conditions. There are always opportunities to develop your skills and experience.

Cons

Shift work, days can be long and the job can get very intense at times. There are a lot of floppy hankies.
