      Great varied worked with lots of opportunity to get hands on and make a difference.

      Cons

      Constrictive process for procession mean if the roles don't exist you can't move. Can hold you back unless you want to move team regularly.

      Pros

      Gorgeous products, fair pay, low living costs, friendly good people. It's a comfortable place to work, with nice colleagues and generally a positive atmosphere and attitude, line managers seem to care about your development. Research teams generate some amazing tech

      Cons

      Boring area to live in. Rigid systems. Can feel large and unwieldy. As all larger companies, they can become slow to respond and change. There are many senior managers with less technical knowledge of new technology. For promotions, it's better to leave, then come back at a higher grade. Climbing the ladder can be slow
