Pros

If you qualify for a company car it is a massive and rewarding perk. It's a global business - there are very few other companies that can truly claim that.

Cons

Infrastructure issues caused by fast growth continue to be ignored. Parking/ catering/ office space/ toilets/ IT systems and IT hardware are a disaster. Culture of reduced delegation of authority - many feel they have been demoted in the last 18 months.

Pros

Relaxed shop environment and did not feel pressure to work faster, decent pay for automotive field.

Cons

Technicians had to sort out shop issues among themselves which created tension within the service department.

Pros

Very few pros, product was good. Other sales people were pleasant to work with. Pretty good service department. Hours are not too bad for the car business.

Cons

Horrible management style, very mean spirited. Pay plan sucks. When you start, they say you can take a day off during the week, what they don't tell you is you will be questioned as to why you need a day off. It's tempting to say, "I need it to get away from you.
