Hello and thanks for your honest feedback. We're proud of our rapid growth, however acknowledge parking and other infrastructure has been stretched at our Gaydon facility by this. As an example of how we're urgently tacking this, £3billion is being invested across the business in 2015/2016 alone.

Pros

-Good work life balance -Lots of extra money to be made with over time -Brilliant brand with brilliant vehicles -Lots of opportunities in an rapidly growing company -Graduates are thrown in at the deep end and trusted- many promoted early -The pressure creates some good camaraderie

Cons

-Archaic management still hearted in the middle management of manufacturing- can't stunt progress -Trade unions hold too much power- and un-skilled employees hold too much much power- means creating change is slow -Silos between departments and technologies are large and can be a struggle to engage teams as people have there own priorities -Eternal battle of quality vs Quantity -Silly rules stifle talent from progressing as managers continuously block the best people from moving round the business- forces people to quit.
