      Pros

      Interesting vehicles - Growing company - Wide variety of opportunities. It is possible to use it as a learning experience to gather training and experience at the expense of doing the Job. So would recommend for people to gather training and move on

      Cons

      Culture of Bullying, Really poor site access. To succeed you need to fit with a perceived carreer path. You are classed as inadequate if you dont want to get on the progression ladder and just want to do your job. The high Employee rating is due to the companies growth a high percentage people asked are still on their Honeymoon period of getting the job.

      Endemic culture of bullying by supervision and HR staff

      None I can mention shabby company

      Cons

      When an employee does something wrong they are sacked, When Supervision and HR staff copy and tamper with an employees medical report and pass this illegal copy around three different departments without the knowledge or consent of the employee, None of them are sacked and the employees ends up resigning in disgust at the Castlebromwich plant,
