      JLR is a great company to work for. There is a lot of change, growth and opportunities which makes it an exciting place to learn and achieve your goals.

      Due to the constant change it can mean long hours and hard work, but this give me a challenge to reflect and improve

      Pros

      Flexible working options, great teams of friendly staff, challenging and varied work, the opportunity to work on exciting new products and projects and feel proud to be part of the history of icon global brands.

      Cons

      Sites are undergoing construction which means they are dirty and sometime feel dangerous. But this is the short term and we'll be better off in the long term. Progression to management grades is difficult and feels inconsistent. You can received mixed feedback and be left unsure of how best to proceed.

      Great company, with a really good close team dynamic within the UK NSC. Responsibility handed to you from day 1, with ample opportunities to find creative solutions within sales strategy. Also, there is a good industrial placement community.

      Cons

      Depending on location, you will most likely want to have access to a vehicle due to location of the offices. Specific to sales - peak months can be quite intensive.
